More than a job.
At Haatzama Marketing we believe that the intersection of your passion and talents is where you will find the most fulfillment. Imagine waking up every day excited to get your laptop opened and dig in... or pushing off sleep to just do "one more thing" -- we live there every day and have some opportunities for others to join us.
We are actively seeking a strategist to join our growing team.
Haatzama Marketing’s Strategist position is part of our client service team. This position plays an integral part in the quality of our work product, determining and documenting solutions to meet the needs of the clients we serve.
Our strategists are innovative persons who are inherently good communicators. They are technically savvy and strategic thinkers who collaborate with the client service team to define efficient and effective solutions. These team members work on active projects as well as campaign development. Our strategists like to be at the center of everything and enjoy the productive pace our clients have come to expect.
The primary objective of a strategist is to collaboratively complete projects that meet clients objectives.
Haatzama strategists create and manage detailed project plans, and provide quality assurance for work completed. Strategists should work collaboratively with the Vice President of Strategy to understand the clients goals, the architects to understand the system capabilities, and the clients to ensure deliverables meet expectation. This may include, but is not limited to:
Outline and manage project plans to fulfill client objectives including level of effort (in hours) and timeline
Ensure individual tasks are completed on time and within scope for each project
Review and test work completed by Haatzama architects prior to client delivery
Here's the skills and experience we believe is needed for this role:
More than 6 years working in marketing or a combination of experience you feel is relevant to the services we provide.
Greater than 4 years working solely in a marketing or sales operations capacity. In-house or agency experience is fine, a developed and tested passion for the trade is what we're after.
Experience as a system administrator for a tech stack that included Salesforce CRM and marketing automation solution. (Bonus points if certified.)
Extremely strong project management and organization skills. More specifically, details and deadlines matter to you in a big way.
Ability to self-manage and work independantly. While we strive to replicate camaraderie in a virtual setting, we are a distributed team and that can be lonely at times.
